The European Championship aka Euro 2012 started on Friday and tonight is England's first game.

We failed to qualify in 2008 because of that wally with the brolly Steve McClaren. Now we have an English manager again in Roy Hodgson and I hope he doesn't end up looking like a wally - especially for the decision to leave experienced players out of the squad - not Rio Ferdinand but me!

Despite that I will be cheering on England! Come on Three Lions!
