My old team mate Gary Pallister says if Harry Redknapp becomes England manager he can tempt Paul Scholes out of international retirement.

Have to say, this is a massive show of disrespect to me. I never announced retirement from playing for my country and now I am overlooked by managers and not mentioned by pundits who I used to play with.
How many medals would Pally have won without me scoring and creating goals further up the pitch than him?

It would be great to turn back the clock, me and Scholes in the England midfield, Stevie G limping in the middle, and if Harry is boss, he'll probably recall son Jamie as well...
