The Labour candidate and my rival Ken Livingstone, for the London mayorality is promising to cut public transport fares.

My question is: Can London afford Ken Livingstone's plan to cut fares?

This is completely unaffordable to London.

Another load of theatricals from Ken, pretending to crying as he watched voters pleading with him to win next month's crunch election!
