I have now formulated my transfer policy. I will only sign players with beards. Thierry was great, and meeting Noel Edmonds showed me that beards are special - they give you magic powers. I definitly haven't lost the plot.
Perhaps my fellow countryman Eric Cantona will come out of retirement and play for Arsenal - he has grown a great beard since he stopped playing for Manchester United.
