Noddy was arrested today for Drink Driving, after he drove his car into a tree after drinking several pints of cider.
Big Ears, said he heard the noise of the crash as Noddy crashed into a tree near his house in Toyland.
Meanwhile Paul Hutton, 40, of Essex was pulled over by police for drink driving while driving a Barbie Car, which is similar in size to Noddy's car, and only has a top speed of 4mph.
While Paul lost his Licence for three years for being double the drink driving limit at Colchester Magistrates Court, Noddy was allowed to keep his license and let of with a verbal warning at the Toyland Court.
