Madonna the singer, actress, celebrity and neo-fascist is planning to adopt the country of Malawi, it was reported earlier today. In a controversial move the star is to pay a huge and disgusting amount of cash to take the entire population away from their homeland.
It is thought that Madonna is reacting to the criticism of her adoption of one Malawian child. Experts have claimed that her adopted son would be happier if he had a Malawian brother or sister. And a Malawian family. And Malawian neighbors. And if everybody he came into contact with was Malawian. In fact if he lived in Malawi and was surrounded by Malawi.
Madonna is desperate to buy her way into the public's good books. Small children are a wonderful accessory as are starving Africans. She would have acted sooner but she has been busy establishing peace in the middle east.
Of course her recent separation from husband Guy Ritchie could cause concern that she may not be able to devote enough time to the people of Malawi. If she gets bored what will happen. Will they be sold on to other celebs? Will Malawi finish up in Bono's front room?
