No human remains, just bits of dodgy dinosaur

Jersey - (Sieg Heil! Mess): Jersey's ruling Politburo has issued a statement confirming that no Nazi connections have been found at the notorious WWII tunnel complex leading to the Haut de la Garenne alleged abuse care home.

The news was qualified with an announcement that the island's top policeman Chief Officer Graham Power has suddenly been relieved of duties pending forensic checking of some rubbish associated with the care home site.

And in an astonishing volte face today's official statement said that the so-called 'human remains' found at the former home "were almost all pre-historic animal bones, fossils and other neolithic remains", some dating to the 1470-1670 AD era."

Chief Inspector Jim B Ergerac of the Island's police service is said to be gobsmacked.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
