AFGHANISTAN: Applauding Elizabeth Dole's "Godless Americans" remark, Osama bin Laden told reporters that the Talibanisation of America has begun.
The renegade Al-Qaeda leader said he and his followers had won the jihad in Afghanistan in 1989 when they "drove out the godless Russians". He gave thanks to the Reagan Republican administration and the Pakistani ISI for providing them with billions of dollars in aid to "repel the infidel".
Saying, "the time has come for America to see the true light", Osama re-iterated that people like Elizabeth Dole have come to share in the Al-Qaeda ideology and that "it won't be long before we can launch the new caliphate in Amreeka".
