His Supreme Dark Lord, The Devil, has helped the winner of the German cooking talent show "Chef Idol" to open his own Chinese restaurant by presenting him with a specially made magic wok.
Hans Olo, 26, came in first place on the popular daytime TV program, beating 5 other finalists including a Swedish chef and a chicken.
As part of his prize, Hans will receive a year's supply of sausage meat and a cooking implement forged in the fiery embers of Hell by celebrity restaurant critic and judge, Satan.
"I've always wanted to open up and run my own Chinese restaurant", said happy Hans, "someplace romantic and high class with a name like Chairman Mao's. Now my dream is becoming a reality".
Yesterday, The Devil presented a delighted Hans with the all-powerful wok in a prize giving ceremony, which was beamed out on live TV.
"This wok is a similar design to the one I made for my old pal Genghis Khan", said the Devil, "now that guy could rustle up a mean stir fry".
"I hope I can be just as good as him", smiled a grateful Hans.
