What if … just speculating here … what if every leader in the world has a link to either Russia or China? Both mean big money for anyone who wants a hefty retirement plan and who may or may not need to escape their own countries when they’re out of power or when they get caught.
That’s why Putin right now is building a Leader City, full of mansions and swimming pools, where all the disgraced and shithead leaders of the world can go to escape … forever.
And plenty of room for their wives and/or mistresses. Rishi’s already got his mansion reserved.
