The White House. President Donald Trump today tweeted a threat to Turkey's President Recep Erdogan in the event of a Turkish attack on Kurds in Syria.

"I love Recep, but if he unwisely moves militarily against our Kurdish allies, the U.S. will respond with fire and brimstone, shock and awe, with the most awesome display of military might the world has ever seen. It will be incredible. Incredible!"

At an informal press conference later, Woof Blister of CNN wondered aloud in a question to the president why we were pulling all our troops out of Syria when our forces seemingly were keeping the Turks away from the Kurds. Trump responded: "Two thousand U.S. troops weren't going to stop the Turks, but the threat of a dirty, maximum fallout A-bomb dropping on the presidential palace in Ankara will surely do the trick."

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
