An Egyptian student has accused a zoo in Egypt of painting a donkey with black stripes in order to make it look like a zebra.
The student's photograph of the suspicious looking zebra, named Muffin, has been examined by several experts who claim the zoo is making an ass of the public by exhibiting the badly painted donkey.
The student also noticed several sparrows painted pink and balanced on drinking straws which the zoo was exhibiting as 'flamingos', and two ginger housecats with fake vampire teeth in the 'tiger' compound.
The student commented, "I am no fool, I could immediately see that the animals in the zoo had been faked, except the unicorn; that was real, and what a pleasure to see such a rare and beautiful creature here in Egypt."
