With anti-imigrant sentiment fueling the disastrous Brexit vote in the UK, GOP leaders in the US worry about the new people Donald trump is bragging about bringing in to the party, and what effects Trump's bigotry and xenophobia will have on their party and their country.
Paul Ryan told a press conference that he and MItch Mconnell will talk to Donald Trump and plan to punish him for re-Tweeting racist posts by giving him a time out during which he will not be allowed on Twitter.
"Our candidate will see that we are not happy with his dog whistles to racist groups like the the KKK. Donald Trump also needs to disavow his other supporters like Vladimir Putin, ISIS and Kim Jong Un."
Trump denied that he and his supporters are racist, even as he re-Tweeted a picture from a white supremacist website showing Mitt Romney as a Mexican with the phrase, "If you love Mexico so much, why don't you go back?"
