Pyongyang, North Korea North Korean dictator, rotund Kim Jong Un, in a move said to drum up enthusiasm in the Hermit Kingdom, announced that North Korea was off to liberate the Ukrainians.
"We know our former allies the Russians seem to want to help the Ukraine but have been unable to do it. We have a large army sitting around doing nothing, just eating up all the food. We will set out to liberate the Ukrainians and score some nice beach land for a new Vacation Palace while we are at it!" shouted Kim Jong Un excitedly.
Kim then went off to find a map somewhere in the 19th century country so they could locate the Ukraine.
