PYONGYANG, North Korea - Kim Jong Un remarked to members of the North Korean cabinet that what is good for the goose is good for the gander, tit for tat, and e pluribus unum.
Some of the cabinet members got puzzled looks on their faces.
The leader of North Korea noticed and told them that he would put it in simple North Korean.
He then said that since Vlady Putin has decided to have the warship RS Siberia patrol the waters off the North Korean coast, he has decided to send the warship NKS See Ya Soon to patrol the waters off the Russian coast.
A thunderous applause erupted by the cabinet members who started shouting, "KIM JONG UN IS THE KING OF THE WORLD!" over and over until he instructed them to stop after the 19th time.
The leader of North Korea said that if the Russians want to play "I See You" then he will be glad to play that game which was invented back in 1832, by the government of Wales.
