BUENOS AIRES, Argentina - The South American country of Argentina has been wanting to purchase a northern country in order to take advantage of the Winter season.
Juan Jose Cantador, a spokesman for the Argentine government stated that they have decided that they would like to purchase the Northwest Territories from Canada.
Señor Cantador expressed that his country would definitely like to own some land with snow on it.
He explained that there are thousands of Argentine citizens who love to ski but unfortunately they cannot do it in Argentina.
Cantador said that his country will make the government of Canada a fair offer.
SIDENOTE: Iceland has also expressed an interest in purchasing the Northwest Territories but reports are that their credit is not quite that good.
