Dog loving Head of North Korea, Kim Jon un is to give a massive Rock Concert to promote better quality Dog Food.
North Korean Bands from the 60's 70's and 80's up to present day Superstars like 3 Dog Night and the Bonzo Dog Doo Da Band have been invited to perform at the Toronto Venue in February 2015.

A spokesman for Kim Jon said: "Kim Jon has heard that all the women are "Dogs" in Canada and no one dare argue with him for fear of never being heard of again.
His favourite food is his beloved dog meat or dog food as he calls it. Dogs have become hard to find in North Korea probably because when they are being exercised to improve the meat quality, they make a dash for freedom.
Kim Jon is hoping to "round up" a few hundred shipping containers of prime quality dog steaks while people are distracted by watching the "amazing concert"
Tickets cost 13000 North Korean Wons or 10 dogs.
Kim Jon thinks Toronto is in Australia and it will be consequently 40 degrees there. In fact it will be -40 degrees centigrade. "That is why the Stadium hire is so cheap at that time of year". Said a Mounted Police ticket official this morning.
