PYONGYANG, North Korea - The Rice Paddy News Agency of North Korea has just issued a statement from North Korean leader Kim Jong Un.
It appears that Kim Jong Un has become angry at the fact that the South American government of Bolivia has decided to stop it's Llamas For Rice Program that has existed between the two countries since October of 1987.
The Bolivian government suddenly and without any warning whatsoever simply decided to terminate the trade agreement.
North Korea is one of the leading importers of llamas in the entire world. The llamas are used in over seven different North Korean dishes and the people of North Korea are quite upset.
Meanwhile President Obama will be sending Vice-President Joe Biden down to Bolivia to find out why in the world Bolivia decided to suddently terminate a trade agreement that had been in affect for 26 years.
SIDENOTE: The Rice Paddy is reporting that Kim Jong Un is planning to launch an invasion against Bolivia sometime after the Christmas holidays.
