Russian President/champion bear wrestler Vladamir Putin has pledged to spend £450billion on Russia's armed forces. The soldiers don't have enough money to feed themselves, but they'll have a shitload of shiny new tanks!
Vlad "The Destroyer" Putin said:
"I am tired of Russia's military capabilities being mocked by the West. From now on we will have real warships and not just cardboard cut outs. It is our aim to compete with the best military forces out there, this is not a act of aggression. And anyone who says it is will get bombed by our new jets."
Stirring and patriotic as always. But Back and to the Left News wonders how many of his friends sit on the boards of the weapons companies that will be getting these contracts.
Back and to the Left has been an avid follower of the most interesting political polices for a number of years. We especially like the polices from what we have named the "Don't Give A Flying Fuck" political spectrum. Countries in this category include Russia, Syria, North Korea and Iran. Countries that have no real grasp on what is going on inside their own boarders. If we were politicians (and thank god were not) we would make sure all our people have clean drinking water and food before buying that new type of missile. But hey that wouldn't be half as much fun would it?
