STOCKHOLM - WikiLeaks has begun releasing what it claims are 2.5 million embarrassing emails to and from the Syrian government. It is believed that at least 2.4 million of these emails contain hardcore pornography.
A spokesperson realeased a statement by Julian Assange, who is hiding out in London's Equadorian embassy in order to skirt sexual assault charges in Sweden, in which he said, "The material is embarrassing to Syria, but it is also embarrassing to Syria's opponents, those dirty depraved devils.
"It helps us not merely to criticize one group or another, but to understand their deviant sexual interests and all their other whacked-out secrets."
