Birthers in the United States have long held that Obama's refusal to submit his birth certificate for inspection is de facto proof that the President is hiding this to remain in office. Billingsgate, who has a PhD in Forensic Duplicity, among others who are sceptical of Obama's claim of citizenship, has volunteered to scrutinize any document offered as proof of birth.
