BOSTON, MA - Frank Barney, a homosexual homeless man residing on Newbury Street held a press conference today to announce the formation of a new political movement, The PEE-Party.
Barney said "We are tired of having to urinate in alleys and sleep in boxes" while politicians in Washington piss-away the life-blood of our country."
"The time has come for the homeless and vagabonds to unite!. "WE'RE PISSED, AND WE'RE NOT GOING TO TAKE IT ANYMORE!"
Barney added "It's time for us hobos to take our country back from the bums. Let the vagrants, hermits and floaters run this country instead of the mooches, drunkards and drifters!"
