Tiger Woods run of misfortune continues. The shamed golfer is currently in rehab and seeking to make up with his wife Elin however this latest incident has hampered the healing process.
During a walk in the clinic grounds Woods spotted a small child visiting another patient, eager to grab a photo opportunity the tree damaging lothario made his way to the pair with an entourage of paparazzi eagerly in tow.
Woods made small talk with the fellow patient and his visitor before turning to smile at the camera's whilst rubbing the child's hair, unbeknown to Woods, the child had just returned from running around the clinic's carpeted hallways resulting in Woods flinching in pain when he touched the statically charged infant.
"Woods was shocked indeed" said a witness to the event, "it appeared that he was entirely dismissive of the potential of the triboelectric effect and suffered the consequences".
