President Bush is predicting that Hillary Clinton will win the 2008 Democratic presidential primary.
Political analyst report that this "prediction" is an effort by the GOP to somehow sway Democratic voters from voting for Hillary in the 2008 primary.
With his job approval rating currently at 33.6%, GOP officials are hoping that voters will not approve of this prediction and will vote for someone other than Clinton in the Primary.
Political analyst point out that Democrats would rather see Bush proved wrong than to see Clinton elected as President.
GOP insiders also say that if need, President Bush will also predict victory for Obama.
