President Donald Trump has said he is outraged at the San Francisco 49ers cheerleader who 'took the knee' during the pre-game playing of the national anthem on Thursday.
The cheerleader, who has not been identified, knelt during the Star Spangled Banner before the game with the Oakland Raiders, in support of former 49ers player, Colin Kaepernick, who started the craze off.
Trump tweeted that he "wouldn't rest until he had found the woman responsible", and said he would introduce her to Supreme Court Judge, Brett Kavanaugh and his friends. The full tweet was:
"I wont rest until I had found the woman reprehensible," adding, "I reckon Bret and his fiends wouldnt mind her kneeling!!!!"
The kneeling protest was started to highlight police brutality against African-Americans.
