In a quiet move today, the US Senate Housekeeping Committee changed the member parking spaces to Handicapped Parking. In what the committee hoped would be changes that would go un-noticed by the media, they also made the following additions to the chambers:
1. Depends vending machines have been in installed in all of the Rest Rooms.
2. The Senate cafeteria has replaced its famous Bean Soup with Oatmeal and Lucky Charms.
3. All corridors and desks have been made Walker- and Wheelchair-friendly.
4. Hearing aids have been provided at each desk.
5. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has been equipped with a Crown & Scepter.
In other late breaking news early today, the organization, A Place for Mom, has announced that their newest location is the US Senate chambers!
