When Brian Johnson's wife called to him on his way out of the house and mentioned that it was cooler outside than it looked, Johnson grabbed a jacket, only to accidentally put it on backwards.
“I felt like such a retard,” stated Johnson.
Johnson, who lives in Nashville, Tennessee, says that such a thing has never happened to him before. “It was trying to do it on the go that messed me up. I did notice it felt a little weird when I put my first arm in, but I thought it was because I was putting my left arm in first instead of my right, which is my general habit."
Not until he'd gotten both arms into the sleeves did Johnson realize that something was very off.
“I could hardly move," he recounted. "Like I said, I felt like a retard. And I must've looked like one, too!”
Johnson noted that the experience has given him a new appreciation for straitjackets, which, fortunately, he's never personally been forced to wear.
“My jacket wasn't even zipped up and it was hard to move,” he remarked of his own temporarily backwardly-donned jacket. “I can only imagine how something created for that very purpose would feel. Very restrictive, I would think."
