San Francisco, CA - Tubby Bozo, president and CEO of The Bozo Group, an apartment developer in California, announced to a group of reporters at his mansion today the end of homelessness.
As previously reported at this link , apartments are expensive to build and unaffordable. The cost of 2x4s is at record highs. Trees are charging outrageous prices to be sliced up. The solution?
Tree-Pees
Constructed of just three 2x4s arranged as a tripod where the three intersect at their mid-points, the structures resemble teepees without skin, like large letter ‘X’s with vertical lines down their middles.
Three hammocks are placed in the upper half so the lower half does not take up any space. Since no space is taken up, the Tree-Pees can be rooted in sidewalks serving as concrete foundations.
Rented by the hour via slots where quarters are deposited, the Tree-Pee dumps the renter on the ground when his time expires by withdrawing the hammock hooks.
Renters must bring their own hammock. No toilets are included; thus the name.
