Washington, DC Republicans got Donald Trump to agree not to personally testify before Mueller. Knowing Trump's propensity to say the wrong thing, Republicans convinced Trump that he can put his best foot forward in a video, without having to actually say something that hasn't been rehearsed.
Trump enthusiastically agreed, but it has been taking a long time to record the video, and meanwhile, Trump is using the Secret Service and a look-a-like to hide from process servers.
Meanwhile, the quest for the perfect video for Trump to give Mueller continues. Two of the biggest problems are that Trump keeps changing the script, and he can't resist ending with his catchphrase, "You're fired!"
