Amagansett NY - Shoppers will soon have a place to pee with the construction of a new public restroom.
After promising residents for more than twelve years, the town has finally begun work on a public restroom in the hamlet's downtown parking lot.
This might not seem like much, but long lines at local establishment restrooms have resulted in altercations, slippery floors and a strong smell of urine in the parking lot.
Around the neighborhood, flora has also suffered. Some plant life is so yellow it looks like autumn all year round.
One woman waiting in line at a local store with her legs crossed and a pained look on her face, said she was only 22 years old, and it will be great going shopping without having to wear Depends.
