NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK - A MONSTER storm that might pack blizzard conditions spun by the elite East-Coast media will, hopefully, live up to the hype, but New York City and Washington DC shut down anyway to allow government workers to take an additional two weeks off with pay.
Many metropolitan citizens were seen roving the streets and subways, shrieking in fear, anticipating the blizzard that may never occur.
Mayor Bill D'Blahzio demanded that citizens to remain, stay in their rooms and go to bed early. Mayor D'Blahzio also signed an executive order, mandating that the city remain shut down until February to allow the citizens to remain calm.
