WASHINGTON, DC - President Obama unveiled a plan to make federal agencies deliver services that Americans may not want or desire.
Obama's executive order formally established the White House's Social and Behavioral Sciences Team and tasked agencies across government with finding the means to make Americans get exactly what they deserve. Part of that process will require a new emphasis by agencies to recruit behavioral scientists into their ranks.
Federal agencies specifically must identity opportunities to make government services more successful, even though the American public isn't currently interested in obtaining those services.
The program's success will be measured by the cost of free services delivered to the American public. The higher the cost, the higher the success.
