WASHINGTON, D.C. - The White House has been burning the late night oil for the past few days.
Press Secretary Cal Colfax has said that President Obama is not at all happy with the fact that an armed Russian warship the RS Siberia is anchored in the Havana Harbor.
Reports from the CIA state that the Russian vessel had sailed to within 9.3 miles of the city of Miami.
President Obama is concerned that some good old boys from the Plywood State could try and ram the Russian warship with one of their high powered bass boats.
The president is giving the Russian leader 36 hours to recall the warship back to Russia or else it could become the property of the United States.
Meanwhile, Cuban President Raul Castro is insisting that the warship is not really a warship but a freighter that came to Cuba to pick up a load of Cuban cigars.
