TOPEKA, Kansas - After receiving dozens of petitions with thousands and thousands of names, the governor of Kansas has decided that singer Miley Cyrus will not be allowed in the state.
Governor Sam Brownback said that the nice, decent, honorable citizens of the great state of Kansas do not want the likes of the evil twerking Cyrus coming to their state and setting a hellacious example for the teens of Kansas.
He noted that the attorney general has stated that should Miss Cyrus have the audacity to enter the state she will be immediately arrested and placed in Fort Leavenworth Federal Prison until such time as she can receive a trial.
Elvira May Prattsill, 72, a long time resident of Wichita said that she has never in all her born days seen such demonic moves from a young lady whose mama and papa should have spanked the devilness out of her when she started straying toward the road to ruination.
SIDENOTE: Miley Cyrus reportedly said that she had not planned to go to Kansas now or anytime soon, but if she had she would go and no white bread finicky folks could stop her.
