It's not often that you hear of a Gang declaring bankruptcy but the once extremely vicious Toe Tag Gang of Detroit has filed today.
"We used to control the funeral homes and Crematoriums all over the city", says ex-gang member Joe Mackerel. But the whole city is busted and there's just not enough cash out there to keep a vicious gang going anymore."
Newly elected Mayor 55-year old Mike Duggan says that he hopes other gangs will follow suit and disband, "at least until we get this town up and running again."
Duggan told this reporter that he was to see Mackerel next week and is negotiating with Dude Doornail, who headed up a rival gang to the Toe Taggers.
"If we all pull together, get our factories up and running and have a place that tourists want to visit again, we'll have a city that is worthy of such gangs once more", stated Chief of Police, Dave "Rusty" Pontiac.
This just in: The Muttons say they are willing to talk to the new mayor also.
