Vice President Joe Biden has spent the past three months making trips from Washington to various areas of the United States/Mexican border and has announced today that drug traffic coming in from Mexico is down by ten percent over the past three years, since he and President Obama have been in office.
"President Obama told me he had faith in me to keep running back and forth across the Mexican border and into border towns on both sides."
So far, Joe has made it safely and kept his head in serious situations.
"The President even had Hillary Clinton to come in and give me all the info she could about the situation there. She had experience, having been shot at repeatedly in Bosnia a few years ago."
Also Biden mentioned that Clinton reassured him that she would never try to replace him on the Democrat ticket this year.
"Here's some more good news that I've been saving for this press conference", stated the Vice President, modestly. "In the past three years, over Half the nuclear and biological weapons have been kept out of the United States."
The VP's final words were applauded politely and with shaking heads.
"See that head-shaking? They think I'm a wonderment", stated Biden as he walked away from the mike while dodging a bullet from the other side of the wall.
