EAST LOS ANGELES - Congressman Ron Paul of Texas, who is 76-years-old, was speaking to a crowd of well-wishers in East Los Angeles when he was asked if he would ever consider making a citizens arrest.
Paul thought for a moment. He grinned and then said that he probably would but only if the perp was over 90-years-old and was using a walker.
Bijou Silhouette of Left Coast Mirror Magazine asked him for his opinion on tasering and pepper spraying.
He replied that he is against both unless they are used against a radical group such as The Taliban Coalition of Tucson, The Al Qaeda Guild of Sheboygan, or the Krazy Kinfolk Kouncil of Kentucky.
When asked if these were in fact real sanctioned organizations, Paul smiled and said that they were as real as Minnie Mouse's butt.
