SNP leader Alex Salmond is set to announce a major new income generating measure as his first action since his party's landslide election victory last week.
The First Minister is to announce what has already been identified as anti English legislation, the "Posh Git Tax".
This innovation will see certain sections of the community being liable to 150% taxation on their earnings.
Finance Minister John Swinnie explains :
"The Posh Git Tax will be levied on anyone who is called Nigel or Clarissa or anyone who has a double barrelled name.
These Posh Gits have come up from Middle England and converted much local housing into holiday homes. Then they take our jobs in social work and posts on community councils and start procreating all over the place".
These people will be liable to a 150% income tax levy - if they don't pay, they will be bundled into their Range Rovers and escorted to the other side of the border".
More anti English legislation is expected to follow.
