Pop-star Michael Jackson says that he was "in love" with twelve year old Shaheen as soon as he took the stage. Shaheen sang a version of "Who's Loving You" that even impressed a usually critical Simon Cowell.
Michael Jackson praised the young singer. "He sang my song flawlessly. He reminds me of another child star. Gosh, we sure do have a lot in common."
Though The Spoof was reluctant to interview Mr. Jackson, we sent an intern to conduct the interview. He was later found tied up at a Build-A-Bear workshop, and the transcript and audio recording were both missing.
"He made me feel very uncomfortable," said Steve, our intern. "He asked me if I wanted to get lost in Neverland."
Mr. Jackson denies the charges, saying that he lassoes all members of the media in order to keep them off his Neverland Ranch. Jackson also claimed that he did not know why cotton teddy bear stuffing was glued onto Steve's chest, and why Steve did not remember a thing about his encounter.
Jackson does remember, however, that he greatly enjoyed the latest installment of "Britain's Got Talent".
Michael says he was surprised that the show's producers did not inform him of Shaheen's performance ahead of time, and that he found it while surfing the web.
"You'd be surprised what pops up on the internet when you search for 'twelve year old talent'," Michael Jackson says.
