Judge Hugh Bennett has thrown out Heather Mills claim for £100 million lump sum plus an Annual Allowance of £20 million for herself and £10 million for her daughter Beatrice Milly plus legal fees and expenses saying that "Heather Mills does not have a leg to stand on."
Paul McCartney's Lawyer Nicholas Mostyn challenged Ms Mills to prove that she had a prosthesis by producing it in court. He said "why do you not remove it now, so everyone in court can see it."
He went on to say "How can a person who has been a contestant on ABC's TV Show, Dance with the Z List Stars possibly have a wooden leg."
The court was brought to a standstill when video evidence showed Ms Mills dancing the Mamba and the Jive.
The Judge was in tears of laughter when McCartney's Lawyer claimed that such vigorous dancing could well have unscrewed the leg there and then on the dance floor.
Ms Mills who claims to have been severely injured by a Police Motorcycle while crossing a London Street on 8th August 1993, has just about become the most despised person in the UK.
Claims in court that she was a gold digger where refuted by Ms Mills when she stated that "all money earned from Dancing With The Z List Stars went to Vegetarians International Voice for Animals."
Ms Mills intends after the divorce, to be still known as "Lady Heather Mills McCartney"
