London - (Ass Mess): Disgraced former CEO of BP Lord Browne is to be questioned by the cash-for-honors police according to reports which state that the Crown Prosecution Service wants him 'nailed as soon as possible'.
Browne was sacked from his big oil job last month after UK Law Lords said he was a perjurying lying little toerag member of the Alaskan Corrupt Bastards Club.
He had fought vigorously to prevent police interrogating him during their probes of Lord Levy, Ruth Turner, Christopher 'Bung' Evans and Jonathan Powell.
But now he is friendless in Whitehall and awaiting that ominous 6am rap of the front door that will usher in the Fraud Squad heavies and a terse 'You're nicked, sunshine'.
Also on the CPS 'must-do' list for the Met is an interview under caution for Sir Terrence Con Artist and rag trade shyster Richard Caring.
"It could be a matter of hours or days," a Met source said today, "but we will get these Bastards if it's the last thing we ever do."
