Cure Fan Robert Smith (no, not one) has said that because of Lockdown he can no longer tell the days apart, so instead of only being in Love on Friday as the Cure were, he is in love every day.
'Yes, before Lockdown, I could tell when it was Friday because that was the last time during the week I was expected to care about the accounts, and I would ponder life with Laura, and what that meant. Friday was always reserved for Love, but now I just love every day. I mean, it is better than spending everyday Blue, like Monday, or Tuesday and Wednesday grey, and as I don't even care about Thursdays, I thought being in love every day might make the best of the entire situation'.
We left Robert to it, in case he fell in love with one of us. Rejection is always tough at the best of times, isn't it?
