In what has become a needlessly depressing televisual trope, the BBC has once again turned to a group of amateur dancers, and cake bakers to improve the morale of a country that is still in discussions about Brexit, Donald Trump and Boris Johnson.
A BBC Spokesman Brick Building said 'When I find myself in times of trouble, the BBC comes to me, with tales of dancers, and their failing marriages, and it just lifts the national psyche that little bit'.
Someone of no importance said 'You can tell it's autumn, what with the longer nights, colder mornings, and Claudia Winkleman being all over our television screens, again'.
