Is this an extraterrestial craft from another world?

Be afraid be very afraid for the Earth is under attack from aliens. According to Bill Saucer from Sunderland.

Mr Saucer, an amateur astronomer, has been watching the skies over the North East for years waiting for a close encounter and now he says he has had one. He told The Spoof:

"I was out last night watching as usual when all of a sudden there was an unnatural wind then all went still. Next thing a ghostly blue spacecraft appeared over my house and then I was beamed up and subjected to the most personal of probings"

Saucer then gave us a photo of the craft and we've printed it here. We showed the picture to Professor William Fox-Talbot, a photography expert who works at Supasnaps Whitley Bay, and he said:

"Hmmm! Yes not unless I'm mistaken, this is a picture of somebody's gas ring taken against a black background. I suppose to some it might look a bit like a spacecraft however I'm afraid it's not"

But Mr Saucer is adamant:

"You'll be singing a different song in nine months when I give birth to the first alien - human child" he insisted.

We suppose only time will tell and if Sunderland is really home to a new race of beings then we'll let you know.

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
