Socialist union antagonist Ricky "Scouse" Tomlinson has revealed he is shocked to learn British Gas is actually a capitalist organisation.
Labour man Tomlinson, who was jailed in the nineteen seventies for union activity, also expressed his surprise that British Gas had been known to let pensioners die of pneumonia if they couldn't pay their bills.
"I thought they was socialist like me", he said in his stereotypical Liverpudlian accent, "that's why I did them adverts." He then laughed in the loud, phoney way that has become his trademark, and twittered on about how him and Jim Royal were very similar, said "my arse" a couple of times and other tired clap-trap not worthy of repeating.
Tomlinson will be appearing in a party political broadcast for the New Nationalist Socialist Party, to be broadcast in March.
