A rash of fork penetrating gum stories hijacked TheSpoof.com today. The writers on the Spoof all mysteriously seemed to pick the same stock picture and write a story about it.
"This is a highly unusual situation," said Mark Lowton, administrator for the Spoof, "the odds against this many writers selecting the same picture to write about is astronomical. The fact that one writer's written three already just boggles the mind, I can't forking believe it!"
Speculation inside The Spoof is that this is some sort of organized revolt by the writing staff protesting The Spoof's pathetic stock picture library.
Others believe it's a total coincidence and the stars just fell into alignment kismet and everyone just vibed off one another picking the same image through osmosis.
Whatever the reason readers of the spoof will obviously be amused by the variation of, fork you, stories that result from this strange almost cosmic occurrence.
