Nothing to do with us, guv

There was further controversy in the Heathrow drone incident this morning, when aliens from distant galaxies contacted the airport to deny all knowledge of who was responsible.

The drone was seen by several members of the public who were driving along the M25 between 5:00 and 5:45 yesterday teatime. One eyewitness said he was sure it was a UFO.

Today, however, callers claiming to be aliens from various parts of the universe, jammed the Heathrow switchboard claiming that they knew nothing whatever about it.

A little surprisingly, perhaps, of the callers had a very good command of the English language. Others were in the form of radio waves beamed from deep space, more than a billion light years away.

One caller said it was a long time since it had visited Earth, way back in 1947, when it visited "a place called Rose Well, or something."

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
