A doctor in Carlisle is being taken to court by one of his patients. During a meeting with a Dr Yimenez about his upcoming stomach-stapling surgery, the patient observed that the doctor had made one or two inappropriate comments about his weight.
"He took a look at my belly and then I was stunned to hear him suggest that I might be overweight." said the patient who wishes his identity to be kept secret (pictured above). "I couldn't believe it, I looked over at the nurse and she was amazed as well. Now I will spend the rest of the time waiting for my operation to have my stomach folded constantly being self-conscious about my weight."
