Westminster Hall, LONDON: Home Office Minister, Nick Herbert, has importantly announced that Undercover Police, can have sex with suspects, if abstaining would 'blow job' their cover...
Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000 (RIPA) allows undercover Police Officers to have permision, to have sex as part of their job.
These RIPA Police Officers can now scour the streets of Soho in London looking for sex, with the blessing of the British Home Secretary.
Confusion about the RIPA Police, occurred following the collapse of a case against environmental activists in Nottinghamshire. RIPA Police conducted a SEVEN year operation with an environmental group.
The infiltration was conducted by a RIPA Police Officer, Mark Kennedy, who spent seven years posing as long-haired dropout climber Mark "Flash" Stone. This RIPA Police Officer, infiltrated activists with sex, at least two women were 'impregnated' during these 'covert' operations.
Speaking in a debate at Westminster Hall, the British Home Secretary, Mr Herbert announced that;
"In very limited circumstances, authorisation under RIPA Part 2 may render unlawful conduct with the criminal if it is consentutory conduct falling within the Act that the source is authorised to undertake."
Can you understand what RIPA part 2 means? It means more SEX for the RIPA Police.
