The UN have officially declared certain areas of the UK suburbs of LA. It seems that these "no-go" areas are homing "Homies" of drug gangs and cartels similar to their parent gangs in the US and especially LA.

The Manchester cartel are called "The Moss Side Morono's". Birmingham host "The Brummie Bastardo's". London are home to "The 'Ackney 'orroreros" Liverpool have a charming bunch called "The Scouse Scumbagos" and Leeds have their very own "The Tyke Tossero's" etc.
All very nice chaps with tatoos all over their bodies resembling their US brothers who mostly sit in San Quentin and run the whole thing.
The nastiest cartel is without doubt Axminster's "The Aryan Hermano's Carpetbaggeros" very evil!
Contrary to what many upper/middle class UK citizens believe hiding behind their high security walls and CCTV cameras, the UK is a breeding ground for drug cartels and gangs and the UN have offered to send their troops in to sort the little "hooded" bastardos out a la Tarantino!
